S.T.A.R. Buffer ****

Stool Transport and Recovery Buffer for stabilization, transport and recovery of nucleic acids in research stool samples, compatible with extraction of MagNA Pure LC Instrument.

Application:
Use of the S.T.A.R. Buffer enables the reliable and sensitive detection of nucleic acids from stool samples by:

  • Binding of inhibitory substances from stool
  • Inactivation of nucleases
  • Stabilization of nucleic acids during transport at room temperature

The S.T.A.R. Buffer is compatible with the use of manual and automated extraction methods such as MagNA Pure LC or MagNA Compact.
