Broad Range of Products

Enzymes
Enzymes represent the engine for the amplification process central to PCR. The enzymes used are thermostable DNA polymerases that function to copy the target sequences. The DNA polymerase enzymes have been isolated from bacteria and then modified by genetic engineering methods to fit the needs of the PCR products.
Bulk GMP Manufacturing
Bulk reagents include the large scale formulation of master mixes and buffers. Manufacturing of these components can occur in “bulks” ranging in size from batches of 1L up to batches of 10,000L.
Oligonucleotides
Roche is a leader in applying our proprietary knowledge to the synthesis and purification of oligonucleotides. Our manufacturing processes are capable of producing oligonucleotides with greater than 95 percent purity.
